This dress is ready-to-ship and marked 50% off in order to find it a loving home soon! It's brand new and I made it... quite a while ago with fabric leftover from the reservation.
Measurements taken from the skirt lying flat:
⟢ Waist: 27" (with the elastic shirring in the back not stretched) to ~32" (with the elastic stretched to the max)
⟢ Skirt Length: ~24.5", including both the waistband and hem lace. The skirt body itself is about ~21" without the waistband or lace.

† Waistband does feature a few inches of elastic in the back for comfort.
† Waist ties are of course removable, and fasten to the skirt via lovely rose buttons.
† Hem line features 5/8" tall black metal spikes, and is finished with a 2.5" wide rose lace.
