Sleepy OP
When I finished this OP, I had the thought.. ‘did I just make a nightgown by accident?” Lol but I really love that for this dress, it’s so comfy and it kinda makes me wanna go on a sewing tangent and make a bunch of nightgowns??
✧ Made from a 100% cotton swiss dot, and lined with a lightweight, super soft poly-cotton.
✧ Hem is finished with 2 different laces: a narrow heavy lace, and a wider cotton eyelet.
✧ Neckline is elasticized, and finished with a cotton eyelet. Grosgrain ribbon bow is removable.
✧ Sleeve is 3/4 length and elasticized.
✧ Wide ruffle is finished with a red grosgrain ribbon.
✧ The very last picture shows a slight imperfection - I wasn’t being frivolous with a crayon lol, this tiny mark is actually an off-color thread, woven into the fabric. There’s maybe 2 of these throughout the dress? I honestly didn’t notice them until I was well into making the dress.
☛ This is an already made, ready-to-ship piece, and it’ll go out in the next day or two.
✂︎ Full dress length is 37” without lace, and 38.5” with.
✂︎ Dress fit is pretty ‘free-size’, however I wouldn’t recommend a bust over 44”.
