Welcome to Elegy’s Sample Sale! Recently I was doing a deep clean/reorganization of my studio, as I was putting samples into storage, I realized just how wasteful that was. I have a ton of beautiful, perfectly fine pieces, just folded up in a space bag when they could be being worn/loved by one of you (and free up some space for me)!

Samples are just that - samples I make to take photos of for the shop. Most of my samples are fully lined, tagged, and professionally finished just like any other piece you would normally buy. The samples I plan on selling have not been worn or roughed up in any way. And as far as sizing goes - measurements will be included for each piece. Please know I do not intend to exclude anyone, I simply make pieces to fit both me/my dress form as it’s much easier to create something new when I can try it on myself and make adjustments, etc.

❦ Made from a soft, light-weight 100% cotton fabric.
❦ Neckline is finished with a ~2.5” cotton eyelet lace.
❦ Waist and shoulders are elasticized.
☛ This prototype is slightly different than what’s in shop today, as I was experimenting with a square neckline instead of the rounded that I ended up going with.
☛ MEASUREMENTS: 27”-34” waist, 11”-14” bicep/upper arm, and I wouldn’t recommend much bigger than a 38” bust.
