Albino Accord Garbage JSK (reservation)
She’s back from the grave! Made from authentic scraps that have been hoarded and clung onto since the original summer 2014 release, and illustrated by the talented Joopis.
✦ Made from a variety of high-quality fabrics in 50 shades of black. It’s been carefully pieced together bit by bit with serged seams, and some seams are further decorated with bits of lace, or in a pink “frankenstein” style stitching.
✦ Original print is 100% cotton. Fully lined with a light-weight poly/cotton.
✦ Skirt features a panel of ruffles, finished with a serged edge and a layer of lace under each one.
✦ Skirt also features some random spots of aesthetic pink satin ribbon lacing, as well as a row of soft lace above the print section.
✦ Hem is finished with a more narrow heavy lace, and an extra wide inverted lace, that matches the front of the bodice.
✦ Bodice includes shirring at the back, and satin ribbon lacing over the top.
✦ Removable grosgrain bows adorn the waist and ruffle sides.
✦ Velvet straps are adjustable, and zips up the side.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND that I cannot replicate garbage dresses exactly, due to the nature of patchwork and what materials I have on hand (nor would I want to). YOUR DRESS will be more of a sister to the one pictured, rather than an exact identical twin. The placement/layout of the patchwork as well as the ribbon lacing will be different than the one pictured. The print repeat around the main body of the skirt probably won’t match perfectly either, and may be more or less scrappy than the one pictured. I’m truly working with bits and pieces of fabric in random sizes, and do the best with what I have.
☛ THIS IS A RESERVATION/PRE-ORDER AND WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL END OF JANUARY/FEBRUARY.
