It’s been carefully pieced together bit by bit with serged seams, and some seams are further decorated in a grey “frankenstein” style stitching.
✦ Fully lined with poly/cotton.
✦ Various laces are stitched throughout the patchwork.
✦ Skirt is adorned with a raw-edge ruffle, pom pom trim, and alternating grey/black removable ribbon bows.
✦ Hem is finished with a starry lace, pom pom trim, and a black mesh lace.
✦ Skirt is ~15-20” fuller than a “standard” size.
✦ Pennant ‘collar’ is finished with starry lace and pom pom trim, and a removable satin bow on top.
