It’s been carefully pieced together bit by bit with serged seams, and some seams are further decorated in a black “frankenstein” style stitching.

✦ Features various pom pom trim and lace throughout.
✦ Skirt is finished with 2 layers of raw-edge ruffles and contrasting lace and pom pom trim.
✦ ‘Collar’ is finished with pom pom trim in contrasting colors, and topped with a removable satin bow.
