✦ Made from a variety of high-quality fabrics ranging from 100% cotton velvet, to 100% cotton corduroy, linen-blends, and everything in between, in varying shades of purple & black. It’s been carefully pieced together bit by bit with serged seams, and some seams are further decorated in a lavender “frankenstein” style stitching.
✦ Fully lined with poly/cotton.
✦ Features small silver grommets on most of the black squares in the skirt.
✦ Includes various laces stitched throughout the patchwork.
✦ Zipper trim adorns the hem and the bib area on the bodice.
✦ Hem is finished with starry and floral laces.
✦ Bodice features a bib made with a raw-edge ruffle and lace.
✦ Back includes shirring and ribbon lacing.
✦ Zips up the side; velvet straps are adjustable.

This one holds a bit of emotional weight. A lot of the purple scraps date back to very early days - pieces I very much remember working on in ~2013/2014. Pieces for friends that are no longer in touch, and commissions for people who supported me in the very beginning. The lighter lavender pieces were dyed by me when I lived in a small, crappy apartment after dropping out of school, back when I used to dye fabrics a lot because I just love the art of doing so, and wanted colors that were unavailable otherwise.
