✦ Made out of a wrinkle-free poly/cotton blend, and lined with 100% polyester lining.
✦ Features reinforced twin cross appliques.
✦ Bottom ruffle is ~6" (may be a bit longer depending on the total length of your skirt), and is finished on both side with a rolled hem.
✦ Ruffle is also adorned with lace along the bottom, and near the top where it attaches to the skirt.
✦ Waistband is fitted, and closes via concealed zipper and hook & eye.
