Not all my garments have sizing (in fact most of them are custom size), but for the ones that do, you'll find how the cryptic 'Size 3" you've selected actually breaks down. The charts differ a bit from release to release, and even from dress to dress, so BE SURE YOU'RE LOOKING AT THE CORRECT CHART.
